Much like the food we serve, The Bachelor Farmer focuses on thoughtful producers and distillers whose offerings represent a commitment to quality and transparency.
Our wine program, led by Food & Wine Sommelier of the Year Erin Rolek, focuses on small, independent producers from mainly cooler-climate regions of the Northern Hemisphere. We love introducing them to our guests, so we make the majority of our wines available by the half bottle. A chalkboard in the center of our dining room serves as a central directory of wines available by the glass, which grows as different bottles are opened throughout the evening.
Our robust brandy list focuses on transparent producers with a deep connection to their growers and process. An emphasis on Cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados leaves room for exceptional innovators from other regions.
