Front of House Manager at The Bachelor Farmer

In supporting the execution and oversight of dining room service at a James Beard Award-winning restaurant, the Front of House Manager is an integral part of our team. We’re looking for a minimum of 2-4 years of progressive management experience and a love for guest service. This is a full-time position.


Head Barista at The Bachelor Farmer Cafe

Our Head Barista plays an integral role in executing the cafe’s rotating roaster program, in addition to training our team on craft coffee knowledge and techniques, contributing creatively to the cafe’s beverage program through seasonal beverages and cocktails, and leading by example in a high volume cafe environment. A minimum of 2 years barista experience is required, preferably with time in a leadership position. We’re looking for someone with a passion for service and a desire to never stop learning.


Pastry Cook at The Bachelor Farmer

Our pastry team shines through in The Bachelor Farmer’s dessert program, in addition to our daytime cafe’s daily pastry selection. We’re looking to grow our team with a multitasker who is detail-oriented and has a passion for learning in a high-volume, wide-ranging pastry program. This is a full-time position.


Restaurant Expeditor

Our expeditor is responsible for coordinating the efforts of our front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring order accuracy and correct presentation. Strong organization and communication skills are required, as well as an ability to work calmly in a fast-paced position.


Restaurant Host

Our hosts are responsible for facilitating the dining experience by greeting guests and handling important guest information. Hosts must be prepared to communicate with warmth and accuracy in a timely manner. Strong organization and decision-making skills are required. Hosts keep up with our menu changes in order to bring food to tables and respond to guest inquiries; interest in food preparation is appreciated.
