The Bachelor Farmer Cafe
Our daytime cafe serves coffee and tea alongside housemade pastries and an approachable, seasonal lunch menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches to our neighbors and visitors in the North Loop of Minneapolis. No reservations are needed for our bright and welcoming daytime space, and seating is first-come, first-served.
Mon – Fri: 6 am – 5 pm
Sat – Sun: 8 am – 5 pm
Mon – Fri: 11 am – 3 pm
Sat – Sun: 9 am – 3 pm
You’ll find different options for different times in the cafe. All of our pastries are made by The Bachelor Farmer’s pastry team daily. Our daytime menu is created by the restaurant’s culinary team, guided by the same principles of seasonality and strong partnerships with producers as our dinner menu. Lunch items are made to order, so we’re happy to make dietary adjustments as requested.
Our cafe’s menu changes daily according to the freshest produce available. Please expect some variation.
Our cafe hosts a new coffee roaster every two months, which allows us to feature the best roasters in the country on a rotating basis. We’re currently serving Morgon Coffee Roasters from Gothenburg, Sweden, available as espresso and pour over. We also partner with Minneapolis-based Dogwood Coffee to develop our signature brewed coffee, the North Loop Blend. All the coffees we serve are available for purchase, whole bean or ground.
